What does 12-hour MUAY THAI Beginner Training include?

Seeing individual techniques is different from practising them within a structured programme. MT STUDIO’s 12-hour Beginner Training introduces the foundations of MUAY THAI through private lessons. The coach adapts the work and pace to the student’s level, with attention to sound training habits.

The technical curriculum

The main subjects are stance, guard, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows, and defensive principles. These are connected skills: balance supports movement, guard needs to be maintained while moving, and a strike is followed by a return to a working position. Your coach’s feedback helps identify what each repetition should improve.

Why private lessons?

In a private session the instructor observes your work and gives corrections directly. Students with experience in another martial art can review existing habits in the context of MUAY THAI. Complete beginners can become familiar with the movements step by step. The programme provides a structured introduction; it does not promise identical performance for every student within a fixed number of hours.

Planning the 12 hours

The programme page specifies 12 hours of training within a one-month usage period and recommends planning around three sessions per week. Check branch and coach availability before registering, then compare the schedule with work, study and travel commitments. Bookings can be managed through your member profile, subject to the applicable cancellation and rescheduling conditions.

What comes after the beginner programme?

Students who want to continue private coaching can explore the 48-hour MT Fundamental Training programme. Those seeking a regular group routine can discuss MT Adult Group training with the team once they have the required fundamentals. Completing 12 hours does not by itself establish competition readiness or guarantee a particular technical level. Your next step should reflect what you have learned and your coach’s feedback.

Before you register

Choose Bomonti or Bostancı, identify your available days and clarify the gloves, hand wraps and shin guards you need. Check the programme page for current pricing and booking conditions. Clear expectations about content and timing make it easier to begin with a workable plan.
