6.4. The Buyer acknowledges having read, understood and confirmed the content, price and characteristics of the services/products before concluding the distance sales and other agreements.

6.5. If, after the order is completed, unauthorised persons unlawfully use the Buyer's card without the Buyer's fault and the bank or financial institution consequently does not pay the Seller, the transaction is deemed not to have occurred.

6.6. The Buyer undertakes to participate in the purchased online or physical services, training or events with the content, on the date and in the manner specified by the Seller. ARTICLE 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

7.1. Under the Distance Contracts Regulation issued pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly electronically or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. As this Agreement concerns training packages, lesson packages/products, services or products offered electronically and physically, the Buyer HAS NO STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL under this Agreement.

7.2. Except where the ordered service, training or event is cancelled and/or postponed, all ticket, training, lesson and course-programme sales are final. Under Article 15(g), entitled Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal, of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Buyer HAS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL concerning purchased services, training or events.

7.3. Except where the purchased service, training or event is cancelled, sales cannot subsequently be cancelled or changed and no refund is made.

7.4. The Buyer may withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving a product purchased on the Site, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. However, there is no right of withdrawal for the following goods/services even if unused:

a) Returned products may be handed only to couriers contracted by the Seller. Returns and transport charges for products sent through other couriers are not accepted.

b) Returns must include the original box or packaging. Products are not accepted if their original packaging is damaged—for example, torn labels, changed lids, packing or courier tape attached, or writing on the box—or if they have lost their resale condition and cannot be sold to another customer.

c) The Buyer must send the original dispatch note and a written statement of the reason for return with the product. Returns are not accepted if any of these are missing.

d) To cancel an order, the Buyer must request cancellation by calling +905336891859 or emailing the address in Article 1, subject to the Site's Delivery and Returns conditions. The Seller will confirm cancellation by email. If the product has not been dispatched, the full amount is refunded through the original payment method. If already dispatched, shipping charges are deducted.

e) The following are excluded: products or services prepared to the Buyer's special requests or personal needs; perishable or expiring goods such as cosmetics, food and nutritional products; goods such as cosmetics, food, nutritional or health products whose protective packaging, lid, tape, seal or wrapping has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; products inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; products with opened or damaged protective packaging, tape, seals, wrapping or lids; services performed instantly electronically and intangible products/services delivered instantly; products/services whose prices depend on financial-market fluctuations beyond the seller/provider's control; accommodation, goods transport, car rental, catering and leisure products/services for entertainment or rest to be provided on a specified date or period; services whose performance begins within the withdrawal period with the Buyer's consent; other products/services excluded from distance sales under applicable legislation; and purchases for the Buyer's commercial/professional purposes. The Buyer may lose withdrawal rights where changes or deterioration result from use contrary to the product/service's characteristics, operation, technical specifications or instructions during the withdrawal period.

7.5. Where the Seller accepts a return, the refund is reduced by the value of any alteration or deterioration. Where withdrawal rights apply, a clear oral or written notice to the contact addresses above within the statutory 14-day period is sufficient. The products must then be sent to the Seller's address above within a maximum of 10 (ten) days, at the Buyer's expense.

7.6. Returned products must be complete and undamaged, with their boxes, packaging and standard accessories, if any. In addition to cases where the Buyer must issue a return invoice under tax legislation, the return section of the invoice sent back with the products must be completed and signed. Returns of orders invoiced to legal entities are not accepted without a return invoice.

The return address is the Seller's address / the address of the courier receiving the return. Provided the Buyer fulfils the requirements above, the product price and any original delivery expenses are refunded through the original payment method within 14 (fourteen) days of the Seller receiving withdrawal notice.

The Buyer's statutory rights and responsibilities after the withdrawal period, and the Seller's contractual and statutory collection and set-off rights and obligations, remain valid.

Where performance becomes impossible because of force majeure, impossibility of performance or extraordinary circumstances preventing delivery, the Seller shall notify the consumer within 3 (three) days of learning this. All payments, including delivery charges, shall then be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days of notification at the latest.

ARTICLE 8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. The Seller is directly responsible for services sold under the Law and Distance Contracts Regulation. The Buyer shall submit complaints about purchased services/products directly to the Seller's address or by email. The Seller will provide all possible support to resolve the issue.

8.2. For disputes concerning this Agreement, Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of purchase or the Buyer's residence have jurisdiction up to the monetary threshold announced annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade. Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above that threshold.

ARTICLE 9. SERVICE PRICE

The cash or instalment selling price is stated in the order form, the confirmation email sent after ordering, and the invoice sent with the product. Discounts, coupons, shipping charges and other applications by the Seller are reflected in the selling price.

ARTICLE 10. NOTICES AND EVIDENCE AGREEMENT

Except where legislation requires otherwise, correspondence under this Agreement shall use the contact details above or email. WhatsApp and email correspondence constitutes conclusive evidence. The Buyer accepts that, in disputes arising from this Agreement, the Seller's and IYZICO's official books and commercial records, and electronic information and computer records held in their databases and servers, constitute binding, conclusive and exclusive evidence. This provision is an evidence agreement within the meaning of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

ARTICLE 11. ENTRY INTO FORCE

This Agreement consists of 11 (eleven) articles. Having been read by the parties, it is concluded and enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic approval.
