Return Terms and Conditions
You may return purchased products within 14 (fourteen) days of the invoice date. The original carton, packaging and wrapping must be intact. Products without packaging or a box, or with damaged packaging, will not be accepted for return. Products past their expiry date will not be accepted. You must send the dispatch note and other documents with the product. Products that cannot be returned by their nature, such as used products, products whose lids or protective seals have been opened, and single-use products, are not returnable. For cosmetics, food, nutritional products, supplements, lower-body clothing, shoes, socks, gloves, hand wraps and health-related products to be accepted for return, the packaging and/or protective seal must remain unopened. If the invoice was issued to a legal entity, that entity must issue a return invoice.

Services purchased through www.muaythaistudio.com, including training programmes, single sessions and trial lessons, are non-refundable.

Before sending a return, contact us using our contact details to obtain the designated courier information. Returns sent through a courier other than the one specified in writing by Bomonti Muay Thai Spor Eğitim Danışmanlık ve Organizasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi will not be accepted.

Delivery Terms
Products are sourced according to stock availability once your order is approved, and then dispatched. Order approval requires payment by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Approved orders will be handed to the courier within 10 business days.

Delivery Time
Delivery time varies according to the address provided by the buyer placing an order on www.muaythaistudio.com and the operating conditions of our contracted courier.

Documents Required on Delivery
Under the new rule for accepting postal items, pursuant to the Procedures and Principles on Security Measures for Postal Items approved by the Information and Communication Technologies Board's decision dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016/DK-YED/517, you must show your identity card, driving licence or passport when receiving your products from the courier.
